1. About Us

MH Dawakhana is a retail herbal and Unani medicine store based at Shop no D4, Block D, Shah Rukn e Alam Colony, Multan, Pakistan. We operate an online store at this website for the purchase of herbal products, Unani medicines, spices, oils, honey, and related natural products. All orders are fulfilled via Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order on this website. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Products & Descriptions

• We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual packaging may vary.
• Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
• Product availability is subject to stock. We will inform you if an ordered item is out of stock.

Medical Disclaimer: Products sold by MH Dawakhana are traditional Unani and herbal remedies. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using herbal products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

4. Orders & Payment

• Payment Method: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. No online payment is required.
• Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee stock availability.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Minimum Order: There is no minimum order value.
• Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us via WhatsApp.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver nationwide across Pakistan via courier services.
• Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery region and are shown at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or circumstances beyond our control.
• Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order and make the COD payment.
• Failed delivery attempts may result in return of the package. Re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns of sealed, unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns are accepted for: damaged or defective products, incorrect items delivered, or products significantly different from description.
• We do NOT accept returns of: opened products, perishable items, or products damaged due to customer handling.
• To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +92 0304 7441466 with your order ID and reason for return.
• Refunds (where applicable) will be issued via bank transfer within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

7. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at +92 0304 7441466 if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Place fraudulent orders or provide false information
• Refuse to pay for delivered orders without valid reason
• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our product data without permission
• Post false reviews or misleading information

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design: is the property of MH Dawakhana and is protected under applicable Pakistani and international laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, MH Dawakhana shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website
• Health outcomes from use of herbal or Unani products (see Medical Disclaimer above)
• Delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party courier services
• Technical issues, downtime, or data loss on our website

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002, the Digital Nation Pakistan Act 2025, and applicable consumer protection regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
